Nicola Rubinstein has certainly had a busy year since making her Coronation Street arrival – thrust straight into the Pat Phelan saga, the tough talking and moralistic social worker was quickly revealed as the killer’s daughter.

Fast forward twelve months and she has given birth, fallen down a staircase, been shot, exposed her dad’s true colours and is now off to start a new life in Bristol with baby Zack and Eileen Grimshaw in the hope that she might have a bit less drama away from the cursed cobbles.
