Britain’s Got Talent’s David Walliams sells Noel Gallagher’s old party pad for £5.3m

David Walliams is parting ways with Noel Gallagher’s party pad after thirteen years, and he’s making a tidy profit to boot.

The BGT judge has chosen to sell the Supernova Heights pad and is hoping to make just over a cool £2million profit from the sale.

He bought the place in 2005 for £3.25million, and is said to have improved the interiors since then, contributing to the hike in price.

David’s said to have restored the front of the property, and converted some of the rooms by removing ceilings to create triple storey rooms.
